One standout delivery included captaining a Viking to Bermuda to compete in the prestigious Triple Crown tournament series. He later worked full-time aboard two 112’ Westport yachts, deepening his hands-on knowledge of large vessels before transitioning into engineering and earning his 100-Ton Captain’s License within just three years of entering the industry. With a strong technical foundation and real-world boating experience, he naturally transitioned into yacht sales, where his practical knowledge and honest approach quickly set him apart. His growth and impact in the industry led to recognition by the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), which nominated him as the #2 Up-and-Coming Broker Under 40 in the United States. Today, he takes a relationship-first approach to every transaction, guiding clients through the buying or selling process as if the vessel were his own. Steve Barcsansky is a highly experienced yacht broker with over 40 years in the industry. Based in Jupiter, Florida, Steve brings a deep passion for boating that began in the early 1960s on Long Island Sound and expanded through his extensive work in Florida and the Bahamas. Holding a 100-ton Captain’s License and certifications as a commercial, multi-engine, and jet-rated pilot, Steve combines his technical expertise with hands-on knowledge. Kyle Dunn brings a lifetime of marine industry experience to Autograph Yacht Group. Raised in Palm Beach, he grew up around shipyards and marinas, developing an early passion and deep understanding of yachting. His professional career began in 2016 with the launch of his own yacht refinishing company in Palm Beach, where he gained first-hand knowledge of vessel care and craftsmanship before transitioning into yacht brokerage. Kyle’s experience spans everything from smaller cruisers to high-end sportfish and luxury motor yachts. Clients value his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to building lasting relationships, often noting his ability to not only find the right vessel but also assist with after-sale service and support. Notable past transactions include the sale of the 92′ Mangusta motor yacht KAMPAI, the custom 75’ Merritt Reel Janie, and the 2023 Absolute Navetta 75. Max Parker

Max was born and raised in Palm Beach where he developed a lifelong passion for boating and fishing. He attended Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. With fishing and boating being two loves of his since childhood, obtaining his 100-ton Masters captain’s license and getting into fishing charters was inevitable. After college, Max began working for Southern Comfort IV Charters and Living On Island Time drift fishing, where he captained both boats for seven years. During this time, he earned a strong reputation as an excellent captain and hard worker while gaining valuable knowledge of how to operate and manage boats. In the spring of 2017, Max made the jump into becoming a yacht broker. Over the past eight years, he has successfully sold and closed more than 75 yachts and boats ranging from 26 to 85 feet. He specializes in high-end outboard-powered boats, sportfishing boats, and luxury motor yachts. These specialties have allowed him to build a strong portfolio of clients and boats sold. His extensive market insight and hands-on experience enable him to anticipate client needs, streamline the sales process, and deliver seamless results for both buyers and sellers. Max’s core values are integrity, trust, and accountability, and he always strives to be the best he can be. Going above and beyond the normal requirements of a yacht broker is what separates him from the rest and makes him a special person to work with. Having spent five years in the marine industry, Reed has been fortunate to learn from some of the most respected professionals in the business, most notably his father, Mike Burke, President of Retail Sales, and his brother, Eric Burke. His early exposure to the industry was complemented by two years working aboard superyachts throughout the Caribbean and South Florida, giving him invaluable insight into the luxury yachting world. A former college baseball player at Florida Southern College, Reed embodies a strong work ethic, discipline, and a competitive spirit that drives him to go the extra mile for his clients. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which shaped his expertise in marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving, skills he leverages to deliver exceptional results. In 2024, his first full year as a yacht broker, Reed was recognized as the top listing broker in the Palm Beach office, which collectively closed $180 million in sales that year. A native of Indiana, he began his career in South Florida as a diesel mechanic, quickly earning a reputation for his expertise and globe-spanning service work on some of the world’s most prestigious yachts. Known as the “Diesel Doctor,” he traveled extensively to keep vessels running for high-profile clients in destinations from the Caribbean to the Middle East. Transitioning into sales, Mike brought his technical knowledge and client-first approach to the yacht brokerage world, quickly distinguishing himself as a leading broker of both sportfishing yachts and larger superyachts. This led to a 20-year career at HMY, where he became one of the company’s top brokers, building more than 40 new Vikings and selling hundreds of pre-owned vessels. Over his career, he has also worked with some of the nation’s top brokerages, including serving as a broker at Westport Yachts, one of America’s most respected yacht builders, where he focused on the sale of superyachts. Having sold hundreds of vessels with career sales exceeding $600 million, Mike is now excited to lead Autograph Yacht Group.
