Bob’s passion for boating began early, growing up just across the sand from Clearwater Beach. His first hands-on experience came through a father-son pram-building project—a modest start that sparked a lifelong connection to the water. That small boat was the first of many, leading to ownership and operation of both sail and power vessels ranging from 13 to 65 feet. From those early days, Bob’s career path became clear: helping others experience the enjoyment and fulfillment of yachting. What began as boat sales evolved over 30 years into a deeper, more client-focused role as a yacht brokerage consultant. His expertise and leadership eventually led him to establish his own brokerage firm, growing it to over 20 brokers with offices in West Palm Beach, St. Petersburg, Daytona, and Naples. While building and leading a successful company was rewarding, years of administrative responsibility pulled Bob away from what he valued most—direct client relationships. Recognizing this, he made a deliberate return to his roots, focusing once again on personal service and hands-on guidance. Throughout his career, Bob has traveled extensively, working with clients in more than 40 countries. His experience includes serving as a project manager on major refits, including a four-year, comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic restoration of a 65-meter triple-mast schooner. This breadth of experience has given Bob a deep understanding of every aspect of yachting—from market knowledge and vessel selection to long-term ownership considerations. However, he believes the most critical element is what happens after the sale. Louie Stamatakos was raised in Jupiter, Florida, where his passion for fishing and boating began at an early age. What started on the water evolved into a career, including operating his own commercial fishing business, working aboard sportfishing vessels, running charter trips, and competing in fishing tournaments since 2016. His hands-on background provides a deep understanding of boats as high-performance assets built for reliability and enjoyment. With an entrepreneurial foundation in technology and cryptocurrency, Louie brings sharp market insight and strong negotiation skills to every deal. A former major junior hockey player with an NCAA commitment, he approaches his work as a yacht broker with focus, discipline, and drive. Now fully dedicated to his career as a yacht broker, Louie delivers a personalized, results-focused experience built on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. He lives in Jupiter, Florida with his fiancée, Tessa, and stays closely connected to the boating community.

Sean Spicer

Raised in Jupiter, Florida, Sean developed a lifelong connection to the water at an early age. After attending Florida State University, he began his career in the yachting industry on the operational side, delivering vessels worldwide and gaining extensive offshore experience. One standout delivery included captaining a Viking to Bermuda to compete in the prestigious Triple Crown tournament series. He later worked full-time aboard two 112’ Westport yachts, deepening his hands-on knowledge of large vessels before transitioning into engineering and earning his 100-Ton Captain’s License within just three years of entering the industry. With a strong technical foundation and real-world boating experience, he naturally transitioned into yacht sales, where his practical knowledge and honest approach quickly set him apart. His growth and impact in the industry led to recognition by the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), which nominated him as the #2 Up-and-Coming Broker Under 40 in the United States. Today, he takes a relationship-first approach to every transaction, guiding clients through the buying or selling process as if the vessel were his own. Known for clear communication, attention to detail, and long-term support, he believes the experience after the sale is just as important as the deal itself, building lasting partnerships with clients throughout their time on the water.

Spencer Faucher

Spencer developed a lasting passion for the ocean at an early age, cruising New England’s coastal waters with his family from the age of four. Those early experiences shaped his deep appreciation for the boating lifestyle and the vessels that make offshore adventure possible. Today, he splits his time between Palm Beach, Florida, and Newport, Rhode Island, staying closely connected to two of the country’s most active yachting markets. During high school and college, Spencer worked at Pilot’s Point Marina in his hometown of Westbrook, Connecticut, where he gained hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a full-service marina. It was there that he developed a strong appreciation for the customer-facing side of the business, as well as the tight-knit boating community that defines the industry. Building on that foundation, Spencer went on to become an experienced private, delivery, and charter captain, completing multiple deliveries between New England and South Florida each year. Through extensive exposure and time “in the field,” Spencer acquired a strong familiarity with the inner workings of marine systems. Notably, he and his father undertook a full refit of their family’s 43’ custom sportfishing boat, personally replacing or repairing everything from engines to electronics. After college, Spencer led business development for a boutique NYC investment bank specializing in private equity M&A transactions. In that role, he developed a deep understanding of high-value deals and recognized a natural alignment between business founders and yacht owners. Today, he brings that capital markets expertise into yacht brokerage, approaching each transaction with professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to integrity. Outside of work, Spencer is an avid freedive spearfisherman and tournament angler who is always on the hunt for the next big adventure and is stoked to share those stories through creative avenues such as media and literature.

Steve Barcsansky

Steve Barcsansky is a highly experienced yacht broker with over 40 years in the industry. Based in Jupiter, Florida, Steve brings a deep passion for boating that began in the early 1960s on Long Island Sound and expanded through his extensive work in Florida and the Bahamas. Holding a 100-ton Captain’s License and certifications as a commercial, multi-engine, and jet-rated pilot, Steve combines his technical expertise with hands-on knowledge. He has completed specialized training programs with Viking and Princess Yachts and a member of the Princess Factory Team. Kyle Dunn brings a lifetime of marine industry experience to Autograph Yacht Group. Raised in Palm Beach, he grew up around shipyards and marinas, developing an early passion and deep understanding of yachting. His professional career began in 2016 with the launch of his own yacht refinishing company in Palm Beach, where he gained first-hand knowledge of vessel care and craftsmanship before transitioning into yacht brokerage. Kyle’s experience spans everything from smaller cruisers to high-end sportfish and luxury motor yachts. Clients value his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to building lasting relationships, often noting his ability to not only find the right vessel but also assist with after-sale service and support. Max Parker

Max was born and raised in Palm Beach where he developed a lifelong passion for boating and fishing. He attended Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. With fishing and boating being two loves of his since childhood, obtaining his 100-ton Masters captain’s license and getting into fishing charters was inevitable. After college, Max began working for Southern Comfort IV Charters and Living On Island Time drift fishing, where he captained both boats for seven years. During this time, he earned a strong reputation as an excellent captain and hard worker while gaining valuable knowledge of how to operate and manage boats. In the spring of 2017, Max made the jump into becoming a yacht broker. Over the past eight years, he has successfully sold and closed more than 75 yachts and boats ranging from 26 to 85 feet. He specializes in high-end outboard-powered boats, sportfishing boats, and luxury motor yachts. These specialties have allowed him to build a strong portfolio of clients and boats sold. His extensive market insight and hands-on experience enable him to anticipate client needs, streamline the sales process, and deliver seamless results for both buyers and sellers.
