The water has always been central to Eddie Montserrat’s life. Born in Venezuela and raised in South Florida, his passion for yachting was shaped by countless hours spent on the water and a wide range of boating experiences throughout the country. Those years built a strong foundation of vessel knowledge and a clear understanding of the responsibility that comes with yacht ownership. Eddie earned both a B.S. and a B.A. from Florida State University before beginning his career in yacht brokerage in Miami Beach in 2019. He quickly developed a reputation for guiding clients through every stage of a transaction with clarity, strategy, and attention to detail. Through a strong industry network, Eddie supports his clients well beyond the purchase or sale, helping them navigate ownership with confidence. In 2022, Eddie joined the Princess Yachts team, spending extensive time at the Plymouth factory to gain firsthand knowledge of the build process and product lineup. This experience allows him to effectively advise clients considering new-build opportunities with a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of ownership. In 2026, Eddie joined Autograph Yacht Group, continuing his focus on representing clients with a data-driven approach, strong market insight, and genuine relationships. Gary’s passion for boating sparked at an early age, leading him to begin his career as a Marine Diesel Mechanic in his father’s company at just 17. His extensive travels throughout the Caribbean, the Bahamas, North America, and South America have provided him with invaluable expertise in servicing, overhauling, and surveying marine diesel engines. After six years of mastering his mechanical skills on a variety of sportfishing boats and motoryachts, Gary decisively transitioned to pursue his dream career as a yacht broker. Over the past decade, Gary has dramatically expanded his industry knowledge by visiting nearly every iconic shipyard in America, the Netherlands, Italy, and Turkey. This comprehensive experience positions him as a highly trusted advisor for clients looking to purchase new and used boats or build custom vessels.
